2007 Revocable Trust Handbook For Arkansas Practitioners for Non-Members

The handbook includes a brief discussion of Arkansas and federal law relating to trusts, as well as checklists and sample forms and provisions to be considered in the creation, funding, administration and distribution of the revocable trust, both before and after the death of the grantor of the trust. The handbook also includes the current text of the Arkansas Trust Code, with the official NCCUSL comments, edited for Arkansas. While the handbook contains three sample forms of revocable trust instruments, together with discussion of the purpose of certain of their clauses, it is not intended as a form book or a guide to drafting revocable trusts. There are a number of publications (and software programs) available that do address the drafting and construction of revocable trusts, some of which are noted in the bibliography.
