Crystal Eyes of Elgos: Conquest

Long ago, a teenage peasant boy, Denlahn, is discovered by a sword-wielding man, Tanson. The two don't seem to have much in common until Tanson reveals that both he and Denlahn share a rare gift of power that enables them to communicate through their minds and receive important visions of the future. Because Denlahn and Tanson are Rare Bearers of this power, they must team together and rule Elgos, the safe colony that is their home. But the living legacy of the Rare Bearers is threatened by a menacing creature, Riordan, who wants to kill the Rare Bearers and steal their power for his own use. He has the help of scraggly Kaarth spies to find the whereabouts of the Rare Bearers, putting the Rare Bearers in constant danger on their journey. Since the Rare Bearers must keep their world safe, it is now their duty to destroy Riordan and his following.
