With this in mind I hope my reader will enjoy the ideas and scenarios I present in my book. Sometimes the grammar may not be perfect and there may be a comma missing here and there but the ideas are the important part—the feelings of sadness and despair that only a teenage girl can understand, the moments of happiness at the simple wonders of life, and the fear of a high school senior who has just realized that she is no longer just a young adult but an adult who is about to be sent out on her own. These ideas are what are present in each and every piece here in this book. Some writings are from middle school, others from earlier in high school, but all contain an underlying idea of how growing up as a teenage girl feels.
