The Tiller of the Times

The Tiller of the Times is Augerinos Andreou's sixth Greek poetry collection. Written in Greek in 2006, it is the first to be translated into English (2012). This enhanced 3rd Edition 2025 is prefaced by Professor Emeritus of Postgraduate Translation Studies at Athens University Dr Maria Sidiropoulou, and includes three appendices on historical and mythological references. What is the connection between ancient Greek culture, folk lore, history and the long-suffering Greek citizen of the day?
