This ebook may not meet accessibility standards and may not be fully compatible with assistive technologies.
Set in a fictitious town called Eretu, Adenike, the princess determines to end the Punisher’s tragic acts which were strengthened by Otun and Ogunmo, Eretu's most powerful lords. King Adelakin, her father and a victim of circumstance is dying from the Punisher’s afflictions imposed on his reign. The townspeople are wailing because the death of their king is imminent and transcendent.
The jinx must be stopped. The only remedy is the exiled Princess Adenike’s return from the Land where mighty men of valour had perished. Her return from the Forest of Death is not only important but must be accompanied by the Pot of Life, the perceived solution to their afflictions. Will she make it? Was she not going to be destroyed like others? This traditional-set play has solutions to these questions.
