Toasty Brown Tales

After growing up on a farm in Iowa, Barb Higgins helped start the now infamous St. Jude Run in Peoria, Illinois, worked for Children's Miracle Network in El Paso, Texas, traveled to Africa, India, Italy, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and throughout Mexico, all while raising three children and later in life, having a blast with her two grandchildren. She has lived in Mexico for the past thirty years. These are some snapshots from her life.
