How to stretch a dodecahedron and how to stretch an icosahedron, using origami modules

Two origami modules are described: a vertex module which makes a dodecahedron and a stretched dodecahedron, and a face module which makes an icosahedron and a stretched icosahedron. The vertex module is called a one-piece triangle module and is folded from an equilateral triangle. The face module is called a triangle module folded from a hexagon. Diagrams are included to show how to make the modules.
