Bernard Juby is a retired medical practitioner with a life-long interest in heraldry. He is a Fellow of the Heraldry Society (honoris causa) and a life member of the Birmingham and Midland Society of Genealogy and Heraldry where he was in charge of heraldry for many years. He has written the definitive study of the National Trust’s, “The Heraldry of Baddesley Clinton” and is currently updating,“Ordo Sancti Lazari” – the coats of arms of the knights of the Military and Hospitaller Order of St Lazarus of Jerusalem
