Seats of Power

Brisbane, California Mayor and Officials put their keisters on the line for art and civic engagement with an art exhibit of chair seats upholstered with woven images of their derrieres. The public was invited to sit in the seat of power in City Hall and envision themselves as empowered citizens. This project has created a riot of puns flying around town.
