The recipes in this book were complied from personal knowledge, ancestor’s records, magazines, product labels, etc. Where possible, credit for the recipe has been indicated. Many of the recipes contained in the book have been passed down through many generations of our family’s Mothers & Grandmothers who worked very hard to feed their families. One of the author’s main objectives was to preserve these recipes for future generations.
