Autocorrect is never given enough credit. Despite working without a break, dealing with humanity’s unending errors and preventing an almost infinite number of spelling mishaps, she’s mainly known for her failures instead of her successes. She soldiers on in the face of constant and withering criticism and as such, she fits in well with the rest of the “On the Fastrack” staff. She found happiness in 2015 with her wedding to Percy the Computer Bug, but even this did not come off without drama. One of her exes appeared, she renewed her rivalry with Siri and even worse, she became a meme. Still, it all worked out, mainly from enlisting Dethany as her wedding planner. In other Fastrack events, Emails were hacked, Lenore the raven became a stepmother, little Curt’s visual language came in handy and the year concluded with a steampunk office holiday party. No, Autocorrect. Don’t change “Steampunk” to “Streptococcus.”
