Tell Take Heart

The short story "The Tell-Tale Heart" is an intriguing and interesting mystery story in the mystery and crime genre that leaves you with a sense of intrigue and certainly with much food for thought. The story has only two characters, but through his unique style Edgar Allan Poe draws you into the his tale with much suspense. This mystery fiction story is told in a very clever way. Right from the beginning he manages to grip your attention and keep you wanting to know what will happen next. I re-wrote the story here and there in order to give it an even better flow and to give it a more contemporary expression. I give you both the original and my re-written versions in this e-book. I hope you enjoy this short story by Edgar Allan Poe and my revision of it. As mystery fiction it is outstanding.
