Owner’s Manual: Teenager is a self help series of books aimed squarely at the teenager. It consists of a set of workbooks whose interconnecting themes speak directly to the issues that teens face on a daily basis.
Most teens learn best through experiential learning techniques. For this reason these books not only provide valuable information, but they offer a lasting experience through interactive, thought provoking, questions, exercises, and journaling.
Any teen experiencing problems can overcome those problems if they do five things:
1. Identify the problem and acknowledge that it is a problem.
2. Learn about the problem.
3. Decide how they feel about the problem.
4. Write about the problem.
5. Talk with the adults in their life about the problem, and then make commitments relating to the problem.
These books will help teens perform all five steps and will make huge differences in their lives.
