The Relationship Between Priest and Prophet in The Old Testament

While many of works represent well-balanced views concerning the roles of priest and prophet and the relationship between them, there is need to provide a more comprehensive study, which is the aim of this book. Furthermore, while many have studied the evidence, none have made a systematic study of the individuals, both priests and prophets of whose work accounts are given in the Old Testament. Such case studies will thus be the main focus of this present investigation. Then an attempt can be made to form generalisations on the basis of these particular cases.
