It examines the major scientic advances in magnetism and electro-magnetism, electricity and and electrical components, like the capacitor, tarnsformer, resistor, inductance and transistor. It looks at the develpment of the radio itself, and the remarkable contributions of men like Edwin H. Armstrong, who develped the regenerative radio, the superheterodyne receiver and the system of FM transmission and reception.
It also examines some of the educational hobby kits that are availbale in this field.
