In Praise of Cotton Mather

In Praise of Cotton Mather

ByBrian Redman

This book argues for the reality of supernatural events in connection with the infamous Salem witch trials of 1692. Yes, the trials themselves were an outrage. But do not confuse that with the fact (as this book proves) of actual witchcraft, sorcery, poltergeists, and the supernatural confounding the Massachusetts pioneers. There were strange things happening in Massachusetts, circa 1692! The true history has heretofore been garbled into a paeon to "suffering communists" of the McCarthy era. The communist infiltration was real, however, as was the Salem witchcraft.
