William Francis Brinsley Le Poer Trench (September 18, 1911 - May 18, 1995) was a British saucerian, notably active as an editor of the Flying Saucer Review and involved in several ufo groups, including the International Unidentified Object Observer Corps, Contact International, and the British UFO Research Association (BUFORA), among others. Further to his personal work, Le Poer Trench used his peerage as the Earl of Clancarty and accompanying seat in the United Kingdom's House of Lords to press his government for releasing information regarding UFOs and organized the "The House of Lords UFO Debate" of January 1979. This is the Flying Saucer Story. The most exciting and the most wonderful saga of all time. It brings you the truth so long withheld from us that millions of planets in this universe is inhabited and that space ships from other worlds have been visiting our planet Earth for centuries, possibly millennia. Evidence has shown that for thousands upon thousands of years, other civilizations in this galaxy have been masters the technical problems of interstellar fly.The book's contents are well documented and discuss the reports of more than 2,000 landings since 1947. This book is a facsimile reproduction of the original printed text in shades of gray of 1966. Because this material is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment to protect, preserve and promote knowledge in the world.
