About Victor X

Victor X, formerly known as Victor Seals, was born and raised in Flint, MI and spent his formative years in both public and private schools. While attending a Christian school in elementary, Victor discovered his love for writing and began to hone his skills in that area. On the heels of his tumultuous teens, Brother Victor found himself in trouble with the law and was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to 5-15 years in prison. During his incarceration his writing began to mature and he found his voice through his pen. "From Where I Sit...Prison to Promise" is merely the first course in a literary menu that spans nearly three decades of writing delicacies that you are sure to enjoy. Brother Victor X has many hats. He's a plumber by trade, proud father of two, doting grandfather and devoted husband. He is a respected member of the community, volunteer, accomplished public speaker and mentor. When asked what title he is most proud of wearing, he says simply, "brother.
