This cookbook is a fundraising project -- part of an international entrepreneurial business challenge. The Micro-Tyco Challenge is about becoming an entrepreneur to help fund entrepreneurs in the developing world. All the money raised through the sale of this cookbook will be donated to WildHearts (a UK-based organisation designed to help people help themselves), to support entrepreneurial micro-finance loans primarily for women in developing countries. This cookbook brings together recipes from a number of faculty in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Guelph, and is being sold as an eBook around the globe. All of the recipes are easy to cook and tasty. We’ve all been in the situation of leaving home with minimal cooking skills and very limited equipment or utensils to work with. The recipes in this collection require only a few basic ingredients and cooking utensils, but still produce delicious results. Enjoy!
