Murder is a Strong Word

Percy, a teenager in high school, minds his own business, but when his brother is murdered and the police decide that the KFC around the corner is significantly more important, he is forced into everyone's business but his own, and he soon finds himself holding the key to either stop or create the end of the world: a chainsmoker stuck in an overturned car right by his school.
