A program ran by the United States Black Ops Group, that seemed a little out of control. A program ran by a Dr. Smith who was recruited from a local Occult Group who laid claim on the method of shape shifting and learned to control the behaviors of his lycanthropes. This top secret black op kicked off as an success. The government had finally created the perfect soldier. One that could instill fear into the enemy without even conducting excessive missions. However, this same mission ran amuck when the government decided to terminate the program due to possible war time crimes. This is an Occult thriller about shapeshifting and the dark arts. It shows how the government will stoop to any level to succeed to include selling their souls to the devil.
