As of April 1st, 2013 the the Aruba employment laws has changed significantly. Important changes include: 7a Title: Civil Code of Aruba, Ordinance on outsourcing of workers and the new Labor Ordinance 2013 which completely replaces the current Employement Ordinance. All and all the legal scene as of April 1st, 2013 will be a lot different than it is today. “Arubaanse Arbeidswetgeving en Aanverwante Regelgeving 2013” will contain the latest regulations.
