Helen A Holmes Letters

This book contains letters written in the early 1900's by Helen A Holmes to her mother while she was going to school and later after she was married. The letters started in the fall of 1914 when Helen went to school in Keene, NH and continued until her mother died in 1937. The frequency of letters was greatest during the school years though it is likely that not all the letters sent after Helen was married in 1923 were saved. The period of time between Helen's marriage and her mothers death is fourteen years and without doubt there were more letters sent than those shown in this document.
