Carey Ann Strelecki has compiled a book of recipes tailored to help ameliorate the modern career woman's all too common state of "adrenal burnout." Many of the recipes are classics that have been re-engineered to follow Uzzi's advice to eat "mainly nuts and seeds, vegetables and lower fat proteins," with few or no grains, starches, processed foods or fruits. The recipes inspired by this somewhat stringent regimen can be enhanced mood, balanced hormone levels and improved general health.
