Love is darkness and light, believing and deceiving, the truth and the lie. At its best, love allows any and all things to become possible. At its worst, love can pull the wool over our eyes and the rug out from under our feet. The great contradiction, love is the double edged sword that feels so good going in even though we know it will hurt like hell when the time comes to pull the blade out. So the question becomes-is the experience worth the journey? Yes or no, it makes for great poetry.
