The Secret that I Hold

What will Heaven be? Why do we spend our entire lives trying to get there? Why is there a separation between organized religion and spirituality? These are some of the questions I ask myself on a daily basis. In these pages, I have opened up my heart and soul and let them spill out on the page for all to see. Maybe you will find a small splinter of truth or wisdom or even humor inside. Maybe you will discover your own feelings. Whatever you get from reading these poems, though, always remember to follow your own heart, ask your own set of questions, and do not follow blindly false leaders.
