Easy Christmas Carols for Viola

This book includes easy christmas tunes for viola that can be played in first position. Some pieces are for solo viola, others are duos for violas or pieces for viola and piano. The scores include some finger numbers and the book starts with an introduction to the different parts of the viola and terms and abbreviations that we find in music for viola. There is a page that introduces the open strings of the viola and how they are written in the C clef. This book also includes a fingering chart for the notes in first position.
