For the crew of the Cinquefoil, the death of a passenger delivers an opportunity to get rich and get off the dilapidated rig. But, when something goes wrong with the download of his personality into a synthetic body - and the secret service arrives looking for answers - the crew has to think fast to avoid becoming implicated in a high-profile murder investigation.
