"McKim Family from Loudoun County Virginia" is a collection of Deeds from 1739-1972. These deeds were gathered from several Court Houses and was transcribed and typed for easy reading. During the 1700-1800's most people who did not write a Will would bequeath everything they owned in a form of deed either to a family member or would put their real estate or personal property in a deed of trust for a trustee to control until the child or children become of legal age.
