Sexual violence impacts in many different ways, and Booklet 6 explores ways in which survivors can rebuild friendships and reflect on the issue of disclosure. Keeping control of who you wish to have in your life and what information you wish others to have about you is important in informing your wellbeing and shaping your own identity. Ideas presented here are what helped this author manage an unexpected area of change, but which in doing so has become a powerful tool to self-awareness.
