The Building of the Communist Party of Kenya

The end of 2022 was a momentous occasion in Kenya's democracy. It was exactly two decades since the dictator Moi left office, which paved the way for significant developments that changed Kenya's political, economic, and social discourse. With Moi's departure, the fruits of the second liberation were born and it also allowed the communist movement to gain a foothold in Kenya. Unfortunately, the promises of the second liberation have been stripped away. After glutting on the wins of a newly liberalised economy, the elite ruling class and their bourgeoisie enablers backslid on their promise. They diverted their power and resources to scramble and take for themselves any scraps of growth and wealth produced by the labor and talent of Kenyan workers and peasants. Subsequently, Kenya stagnated from the early to mid-2010's and then rapidly regressed to the dismal state it experienced in 2022. The way things stand, all welfare gains, progress, and stability for Kenyans so hard earned have been stolen from them. Thanks to state corruption on a scale never before witnessed, public services are down because all that the Kenyan political elite care about is how much wealth they can accumulate through corruption and by winning 'deals' that block public services and exploit workers. The Communist Party of Kenya is a worker's party. Our mandate comes from the workers and peasants. Therefore, the continued exploitation and weakening of our society can no longer be tolerated. As a leftist leaning party, CPK is based on the marxist-leninist ideology and practices the scientific approach to socialism. We are leading a revolution to fight in the class struggle and to institute a socialist, people-for-people driven government that will solve the many political, economic, social, and cultural challenges facing Kenyans today. This book is the foundational stone that references the work we have done so far. It also illuminates the path for the work ahead of us. This collection of articles will help you to know the Party and to understand why the struggle for a classless society in Kenya, and the world, cannot be stopped. That no matter how much the capitalist and neo-liberal agents deny, gag, imprison, torture, or kill the revolutionaries fighting for a socialist society and the end of the class struggle with the minority ruling class, the struggle will continue. All proceeds go to the Communist Party of Kenya.
