The White Rose - Escape from Germany: A Christmas Story

Many years after World War II and during each Christmas season, a family in America eagerly anticipates the holiday visit from their loved ones. When the time finally arrives for the Eve of Christmas festivities to begin, three young children, Karl, Martina and Anne and their parents, enthusiastically wait for the arrival of the children’s great grandmother and great grandfather, lovingly known to all as Grammy and Grandy. At the sound of the front door bell, the three young ones spring from their seats trying to be the first to reach the entrance and welcome their great grandparents. Once their warm greetings are accomplished and as is the family tradition, Grammy is asked to tell the Christmas story she tells each year. The exciting story of a young girl and her parent’s remarkable escape from Germany during the Second World War.
