Healthy eating seems impractical for many. Whether it is a problem of time, money, or recourses, there is always a reason to veer from a healthy lifestyle. However, the benefits of wholesome eating are heard to overlook. A healthy diet leads to a health body, and a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Some believe that a healthy diet has to be bland or “gross”, but the reality of the fact is that foods can be made that are flavorful and delicious. I completely understand that in this day and age, not everyone has time to simply watch what they eat, but these recipes are mostly quick and easy for practically anyone to enjoy. My goal is to bring those foods to your life, and make healthy eating a reality. My favorite recipes are brought together in this cookbook you’re holding, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
