Now updated for Excel 2010 & 2013, Module II assumes a basic familiarity with Excel (see Module I by Santarossa/Clark). Module II starts by building What-If? models (e.g., a simple one sheet Break even model, various Financial models such as Capital Budgeting through to 3D and Multiworksheet models for Cash Flow, Timesheet Billings). The second part of the module introduces various tools for manipulating Data Lists (Tables) – tools include Sorting, Filtering, Descriptive Statistics, various SUBTOTAL and IF related functions and PivotTable/PivotChart manipulation. Module II concludes with Advanced Topics like OLAP, Array Functions and Solver. Again, the focus is on students taking various business programs at the college/university level.
