One day, life as Chris knew it, completely changed. The winding path that had led him from England through being imported into his Southern California life, as a happily married school administrator, came to a screeching halt. His unexpected entry into the world of unemployment, shared by many in a depressed and depressing economy, altered everything. With his typical sense of humor, Chris saw this as a beginning rather than an ending. This was the start of life as Homo Domesticus. A Househusband. Learning the hard way just how difficult running a home can be.
