With the success of "Your Ultimate Weight Loss Plan – 30 Day Bootcamp" we saw that there was a real need for reaching out to people and giving them effective, yet healthful weight loss advice. Providing daily nutrition, and exercise to the body is a necessity. Furthermore, weight loss combats many disease risks as well... diseases such as heart disease and diabetes, which are quite prevalent amongst South Asians / Indians.
We adapted this bootcamp to specifically reach out to the Indian population. Meal suggestions and food ideas were catered to Indian tastes, which are spice oriented.
