We all have someone in our lives who has touched us merely by their existence alone. They teach us what is really important in life and to appreciate everything you have, every minute of each day. Mikey faced challenging times but to appreciate the good you must respect the difficulty. This is also a story of survival of a family, after the passing of Mikey. The disease took Mikey’s life, but the memories, friendships and unconditional love that was left behind will never fade away. We, as a family, survived the passing of our beloved Mikey.
