Education Reform (Equity Inequality - Essay Treatise)

This treatise began as a revision of notes taken at Victoria University during the first trimester of 1994. The object was to complete an essay-requirement of that time addressing the Education-Reforms of 1984 and thereafter relative to these changes and the New "Models", Funding-Infrastructures and "Issues". The approach, though NZ-focused, is largely universal, discursive, and written in the style of an historical-review.
