
I’m Bout This Self-Care Life
An easier way to start journaling daily if you feel like you never know what to do with blank pages. If you're already in the habit of journaling, you can use this one in the morning, then another journal later that evening for a deeper dive :)
Inside you will find a page for every day of the week; each page has a mini prompt with space to write:
"Today I'm grateful for", "Today I love myself because", Quick brain dump, "I'm trying my best to", "I'm learning that", "Today I'm choosing", and Today's affirmation.
At the end of each week there is a "Compliment Jar" for you to write yourself compliments in (fun fact: you can color it as well if you'd like!) There is a "Reflections from the week" page which also has mini prompts with space to write:
Bad habits I need to break, Something I need to work on doing better, Something I learned about myself, Something I need to give myself credit for. Journaling has been such a key tool in my life for all sorts of things - healing, practicing accountability, goal setting, releasing, dreaming, learning about myself, etc. I hope that it becomes a key tool in your life, too.
Self-care isn't just about taking care of what's on the outside... it's also about taking care of what's on the inside.
