Worlds Apart

‘Worlds Apart’ is a story of passion, conviction and survival in a time of persecution and intolerance, a story of faith in God in extremely difficult circumstances. ‘Worlds Apart’ describes the social background to these dramatic events through the daily life of a family suffering loss of work, eviction, social isolation and absolute poverty. Desperation led to thoughts of emigration to a ‘New World’. This is an illuminating insight into the lives of a pioneer family who were significant in the development of New-found-land.
