Bruce Dangerfield and Phoenix have traversed multiple Runestone islands and have so far obtained 5 out of the 12 ancient Runestones. However, as each Runestone gets taken from their islands, the difficulty of their quest ramps up. Lurking near the shallow waters of Pearl Pond, Ursa, the guardian of the Runestone of Purity, does not like visitors who set foot on the island. Although, Ursa is not the only threat the 6th Runestone island possesses. Known for its pure spring water, Pearl Pond has recently become a target for viral infections, which is harmful to all plant and animal life living near the island's waters.
