In his second publication, Filmmaker Courtney Sell explores various metaphysical elements that can help enhance our creative passion and artistic vision. Both esoteric and autobiographical, Sell dives deep into the heart of the Artist, working to make sense of the many idiosyncratic aspects which help create ones unique vision. Unlike many other books of cinema, this text merges mystical ideas with basic though at times unorthodox filmmaking teachings in order to spark an inspirational tone for the aspiring Filmmaker. This book was used as the official curriculum for Sell's online course of the same name at the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angeles.
