THE MYSTERY OF STONEHAVEN MANOR

In the first of a series of mysteries, join Pauline Jacobs, her best friend Sharon Taft, plus their male friends named Tom, Ted, and Henry as they are thrown into a mystery concerning an old estate that is called Stonehaven Manor. Legend and myths surrounding the old home would see a man named old man Peabody build the first mansion in the village of Elgin Heights. He would marry and see his son Irving enter his life, but after hearing the strange noises and voices inside the manor, his wife would be committed to an asylum for the mentally-ill. She would tell wild tales in the village saloon about what she saw and heard. The manor would frighten her and it was rumored exotic animals were kept as pets. Arriving at the manor to check it out at the request of the mayor, so it could be turned into a museum of natural history, things wouldn't be as they appear. Evil or sinister men are determined to clear the house of all the priceless artifacts before the home can be turned into the museum. Expensive paintings, statues, plus other collections would be replaced with their counterfeit copies, which would lead the men to burn the mansion to the ground for insurance purposes. Join Pauline and her friends as they are thrown into the adventure of a lifetime. Will they solve the mystery of Stonehaven Manor or will they become mere victims of evil?
