School teacher, Connie Harris, desperatley tries to persuade her lover, Chuck Dorman, to discontinue sabotaging his father-in-law, Alex Palazzio's development proposal. Palazzio has decided if the supervisors refuse to certify the plan, he will retire and leave the company to Dorman.
Whatever it takes, Dorman wants the proposal to fail.
