Dana's Holiday Favorites (It's not a holiday without a dish by Dana)

Hi, my name is Dana DeGennaro. I’m a 1996 graduate of Johnson & Wales University, one of the country’s top culinary institutes, and author of "Dana’s 100 Favorite Soups (But I Could Only Come Up with 82)" and now my follow up, "Dana’s Holiday Favorites (It’s not a holiday without a dish by Dana)". Soups have always been my specialty but what I truly enjoy is creating a meal for the whole family. From appetizers to entrees, side dishes to desserts, I picked my favorites and put them all together for you. I’ve been lucky enough to attend workshops by great chefs like Julia Childs, Emeril Lagassi and Paul Purdhomme, learning and perfecting along the way.
