An African Pioneer's World War II

An African Pioneer's World War II

ByDaniel G. van Wyk

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
During 1939, with the commencement of hostilities fostered by World War II, hatred blossomed and bad times became worse. People polarized and took sides in an aggressive, defensive mind-set; they bristled with self-righteous indignation, gnashing their teeth when drawing close to aliens, be they friendly or indifferent. These unfortunate aliens were tarred with the same brush. Aliens, having no legal rights, were considered to be as irrelevant as vermin. Only dogs befriended them. This is a biography of an African Pioneer who experienced the brutal upheaval from his settled land to serve in World War II.
