This Book represents the Proceedings (Volume I) of the Computer Supported Collaborative Learning International Conference, held in Rhodes, Greece, 8-13 June 2009. This Volume includes all the full and the short papers. It consists of four main parts: Part I:Studying Practices of CSCL, Part II. CSCL Practices in Educational Settings, Part III. Practices Associated with Technologies, Part IV: Designing for CSCL practices. The CSCL2009 conference was co-organised by the International Society of the Learning Sciences (ISLS) and the University of the Aegean.
