Jay Carter is a first year physical education teacher struggling to survive the many ups and downs of teaching elementary school. On the verge of quitting, he contacts Savannah Davis, a veteran teacher, hoping she’ll get him back on track. What he doesn’t know is that Savannah has other plans. On this journey, Jay meets not only Savannah, but two more mentors who teach him nine principles to guide him throughout his career.
