Jed Davidson was a young man who while pursuing a career in the ministry, married a preacher's daughter from a big church in Fort Worth Texas. When Jed divorced her for her repeated infidelity, he wanted to be as far away from her as he could, and moved to Alaska. There, he learned to fly, and became a bush pilot. While pursuing his new career, something happened that revealed why he was there. As each of his new goals was achieved, Jed realized that there was something more to this besides what he was doing. There was more than he ever imagined.
