About David Jordan

David Jordan, born in South Carolina, raised in North Carolina, attended Duke University, The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, served in the United States Army with overseas duty in the US Army Finance Corps, also taught English to Korean scientists, college students, and radio, TV, and movie personalities as a side job. At age 25 after selling his half-interest to a computer business forms manufacturing company and moving to Ashville, NC, was elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives at age 26. David's first book was to publish about his grandfather's experiences in Europe as a southern journalist from a small-town newspaper in South Carolina. David's grandfather, A. B. Jordan, at age 22, purchased the newspaper where he worked.
